Our specially developed high-density graphite consists of fine and uniform particles, making it possible to create diverse textures and draw in detail with rich monochromatic colors.

Strokes that do not slip on dark shades

In pencil drawing, efforts are made to fully convey specific feelings experienced by the artist when the pencil comes into contact with the surface. These fine graphite particles can be continuously sharpened at highest consistency, even the dark/softer shades, which have been thickly layered at a brightness level of 3 or less, enabling effective strokes that do not slip.

The body of TOUCH™ Drawing Pencil is made from a premium cedar wood of the finest quality. It sharpens smoothly without any sudden stops, and the moist wood grain will remain intact without drying out.

12 levels of brightness

TOUCH™ Drawing Pencil comes in 12 different grades (levels of brightness): 4H, 3H, 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B, and 10B. H stands for “Hard” and B for “Black” which means soft. The brightness level is distinct for each grade, so choose one according to the genre and objective.
